Quotes provided by T&R Estate Services are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated.

Booking times are confirmed once agreed in writing or by phone. We require reasonable notice for any rescheduling or cancellations.

Payment terms are agreed at the time of booking. Invoices are due within 7 days unless otherwise arranged.

T&R Estate Services takes care to protect your property, however pre-existing damage should be disclosed prior to work commencing.
